The service
Cole Custom AI provides owner-controlled, reviewable AI workflows for local service businesses. The product includes account access, tenant workspaces, intake and appointment flows, owner operations, AI-assisted drafts or summaries, and related customer-facing workflows.
Accounts and workspaces
Users sign up and log in to access the product. Workspace and tenant records are used to keep business operations separated. Paid access is controlled by verified payment status and the app’s owner-approval workflow; this page does not add any permission or access promise beyond that observed behavior.
Intake and AI-assisted workflows
Public intake can collect contact and service details, consent, attribution fields, and a request message. The intake experience explicitly does not provide legal advice, evaluate a case, or promise representation. AI-generated follow-up remains reviewable and requires human approval before it is sent in the evidenced workflow.
Plans and payment
Fixed monthly plans use app-controlled hosted checkout through the installed Stripe billing integration. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Customers may cancel at any time, and nonpayment may result in suspension or termination. The app verifies the payment and active subscription before activating paid access. A Custom / Enterprise path is quote-only and is not presented as fixed-price checkout. No card-storage or payment-security promise is added here.
Refunds, taxes, and fees
The initial subscription is fully refundable only when requested within three calendar days of initial payment. There are no partial or prorated refunds, and cancellation alone does not create refund eligibility. After three days, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted by email to Dereklcole@colecustomcomputers.com. Applicable taxes may apply and are separate from any processing fee. Any processing fee must be clearly disclosed before payment.
Business, safeguards, and disputes
Cole Custom AI is a service of Cole Custom Computers LLC, located at Cole Custom Computers LLC, 16927 Dismal River Road, Whitewood, Virginia, 24657. The service uses reasonable safeguards, but there are no guarantees of uptime or results. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. These terms are governed by Virginia law. Before filing a dispute, the parties will attempt good-faith informal resolution for 30 days. After that period, a dispute may be brought in an appropriate Virginia court.
