Three-day initial subscription refund
The initial subscription is fully refundable only when requested within three calendar days of initial payment. There are no partial or prorated refunds, and cancellation alone does not create refund eligibility. After three days, payments are generally non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Refund requests must be submitted by email to Dereklcole@colecustomcomputers.com. Include the account or checkout context needed to locate the request, but do not send card details by email.
Taxes and processing fees
Applicable taxes may apply and are separate from any processing fee. Any processing fee must be clearly disclosed before payment.
