The product routes AI-assisted workflows through the Polsia AI proxy to help produce drafts, summaries, and related owner-workflow assistance. These outputs are intended to support local service business operations, not to replace the person responsible for reviewing the work.
Human review remains required
Cole Custom AI is designed around owner control and reviewability. In the evidenced follow-up flow, AI-generated follow-up is not sent until a human approves it. Owners should review drafts and summaries for accuracy, context, tone, and whether the proposed action is appropriate before relying on or sending them.

The public intake experience expressly does not provide legal advice, evaluate a case, or promise representation. AI assistance in the product does not change that boundary and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
