Cole Custom AI provides owner-controlled, reviewable AI workflows for local service businesses. This policy covers the public site, account signup and login, client intake, workspace and tenant operations, appointment and inquiry flows, AI-assisted drafts and summaries, and app-controlled hosted checkout.
Information the product may receive
- Account signup and login information.
- Public intake name, email, phone, service, postal code, message, and consent.
- Attribution, referrer, landing-path, and related intake event fields.
- Contact inquiries, waitlist email addresses, and appointment or intake information.
- Workspace and tenant records used to operate an owner’s account.
- Information needed to verify a hosted checkout and manage paid access.
How that information is used
The product uses this information to provide account access, receive and route intake requests, support appointment and follow-up workflows, operate tenant workspaces, respond to inquiries, verify payment status, and control access to paid features. AI-assisted drafts and summaries are routed through the installed Polsia AI proxy and remain part of owner-controlled workflows.
Service providers and hosted checkout
The app uses the Polsia AI proxy for its AI-assisted workflows and an installed Stripe billing integration to create hosted checkout sessions. Checkout is app-controlled, but the checkout experience is hosted by the payment provider. This page does not make a separate claim about card storage, security certifications, or retention.
